Address Validation
If you need to send more than 1,000 letters at the same time, we can validate the recipient addresses in your print file free of charge. Then you will be sure to contact your customers with the first attempt. Read more about Address Validation.
Free relocation and return services
If your customer has moved, we’ll forward the letter directly to their new address. If we cannot deliver your letter, we’ll return it to you. Both are free of charge. Read more here.
Practical information
When you choose PP franking, the envelope must have a PP imprint for letters. There are several options and you can choose to upload, e.g., your own logo on the PP imprint. Read more about PP imprints and get access to make your own.
Envelope design
There are many opportunities to be creative and support your message or brand on the envelope. Read the recommended guidelines for designing the envelope.
When you send letters with PP franking, the letters must feature the sender’s name and Danish address.
Quantity
When sending with PP franking, you need to drop off at least 250 letters. This can be mixed formats – Standard, Large and Maxi formats – from the same sender. If only Maxi Letters are being dropped off, the minimum is only 50 letters.
You can drop off fewer consignments than the minimum amount for an additional fee.
Consignment Note
Fill out the Consignment Note B68 which must be submitted with the consignment.
Drop-off
Drop off your smaller PP shipments at the post office. Larger shipments should be dropped off at Business Drop-offs or at a mail terminal.
