Where can I follow my shipment?

If your shipment has been sent with PostNord, you can track it in the PostNord App. Your shipmentwill be automatically added to the app if you have created a profile.

You can also track your parcel with Track & Trace. All you need is your shipping number.

Can I have my parcel delivered if I am not at home?

You don't need to be at home when your parcel arrives. Read more about your flexible delivery options and sign up for Recipient Flex here: Flexible delivery

How do I collect my parcel from a parcel shop or a parcel locker?

If your parcel is delivered to a parcel shop or a parcel locker, you will be notified when you can collect it. See here how to collect your parcel: Collect your parcel from our parcel shops or parcel boxes

How do I pay VAT and customs?

If you receive a shipment from abroad delivered by us and you have received an import charge, you can pay easily in the PostNord App. See how to pay here: Pay VAT

How do I report a change of address?

If you are moving, you must report this on Borger.dk.

If the relocation is of a special nature (such as rehousing or moving abroad), you can report this to us using our form: Report relocation.
