Recipient Flex - easy delivery to your door

Sign up for Recipient Flex in the PostNord app and have your parcels delivered directly to your address – even when you’re not at home.
With Recipient Flex, you don’t need to wait for the delivery. We won’t ring the doorbell but will leave your parcel safely at the spot you’ve chosen.
If you’re MitID-verified in the app, you’ll get Proof of Delivery: The courier takes a photo of the parcel and its placement, which you can view instantly in the app.

Take control with FlexChange

With FlexChange, you can choose how you want to receive your parcel – at a parcel shop or delivered to your address. You can also easily switch to another parcel shop.
You’ll be notified in the PostNord app, by email or SMS, and can update your delivery to better fit your day – right up until we receive the parcel.
FlexChange is for customers who are not signed up for FlexDelivery.

Poste Restante

Get your parcels from abroad delivered to a PostNord Parcel Shop of your own choosing.

If you are staying at a location where you do not have a permanent address, you can have your parcels from abroad delivered to a PostNord Parcel Shop of your choice.

The sender must write the following on the front of the parcel:

  • Your name or a company name
  • The specific PostNord Parcel Shop including address, postcode and city where you want to collect the shipment
  • The designation ‘Poste Restante’

When you collect your parcel, you must provide your name and show proof of identity.

We only keep your parcel for 14 days, after which it will be returned to the sender.
