Tracked Letter DK

  • Send consignments up to 2 kg with a maximum thickness of 10 cm.
  • Delivery directly to your customers’ homes throughout Denmark within 1–5 days.
  • Help reduce carbon emissions, as two out of three consignments are delivered by bicycle.
  • Can be tracked and followed in Track & Trace on the Customer Portal.

Easy for your customers to receive Tracked Letter DK

Your customers can receive Tracked Letter DK without being at home. Deliveries will be to their mailbox or via Flex Delivery to the doorstep. They will be notified about the delivery by text message/email, and can follow the consignment in the PostNord app.

Easy for your customers to receive PostNord Tracked and Untracked

PostNord Tracked consignments are scanned en route to your customers. They can be notified by email when their consignment leaves Denmark. You can follow consignments to your customers using the Customer Portal.

PostNord Untracked consignments are not scanned en route and therefore cannot be tracked – the barcode on the consignments are only used for customs clearance.

Delivery time

Handover or collection

You can handover consignments at a Business Drop-off (up to 2,000 items at a time), PostNord’s mail sorting center in Taastrup, Fredericia Hub, to or via an agreement for regular collection.



We offer compensation up to DKK 4,800 no matter the country of destination.

If your parcel contains cash, gold, silver, watches, jewelry, or other valuable items worth more than DKK 4,800, it must be sent using the Insured Items service.

For other consignments that have a high value, but where there is no requirement to send it with the Insured Items service, you can purchase transportation insurance of up to DKK 100,000. Read more about your options here.

Customs clearance

Your parcels to destinations outside the EU customs union need customs clearance. This includes the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Norway and the United Kingdom. There are different types of customs documentation that must be completed depending on the consignment.
