Good to know about PostNord Tracked

We offer two variants of PostNord Tracked depending on the weight and dimensions of your parcels.

  • PostNord Tracked (Small)
  • PostNord Tracked (Large)

Dimensions and weight

Dimensions

Minimum dimensions

1.5 x 15 x 10 cm. For rolls or tubes: length 10 cm and length + 2 x diameter or height = 17 cm.

Maximum dimensions

PostNord Tracked Small: 33 x 23 x 1.5 cm (in some countries* 33 x 23 x 3 cm)

PostNord Tracked Large: length 60 cm and length + width + height or thickness = 90 cm. For rolls or tubes: length 90 cm and length + 2 x diameter or height = 104 cm.

Weight

PostNord Tracked Small: Up to 500 grams (in some countries* up to 2 kg)

PostNord Tracked Large: Up to 2 kg

The minimum weight for both variants is 150 grams.

*The relevant countries are listed in the price sheet for PostNord Tracked.

Requirement for weight in EDI

PostNord Tracked is invoiced based on the barcode scan and the weight you specify in your TA-system (EDI). Therefore, remember to enter the weight in the EDI for correct invoicing.

Customs

PostNord Tracked must be provided with a parcel label, customs declaration CN22/CN23 and packing slip, which you can print from most TA- systems.

Pick-up, drop-off and country sorting

Collection or Drop-off
We offer collection of your parcels through a regular pick-up agreement, or you can drop off a few parcels at the nearest drop-off point. Find the nearest one here.

Sort your parcels by destination country

If you deliver your parcels in a clear plastic bag, you must place a routing label inside the bag clearly indicating the destination country. Use one bag per country. If you only have a few parcels for different countries; you can place them together in one sack. In that case, you must write “blandet” (mixed) as the destination/country on the routing label.

If you use parcel cages, you must attach an INC label to any cage containing PostNord Tracked bags. This also applies if you place parcels loosely in the cage. In that case, remember to sort the cages by destination country.

Never mix PostNord Tracked parcels with other parcels in the same cage – this will cause delays.

Delivery times

We typically deliver parcels to most EU countries within 4–7 days. See delivery times for each country.

Compensation

PostNord does not provide any compensation for PostNord Tracked, whether for delays, loss (including misdelivery), partial or total loss of contents, or damage. Read more in our special terms and conditions.
