Let your customers decide for themselves where they want their parcel delivered. With MyPack Collect, you offer a flexible delivery method for when your customer wants to pick up their parcel at a post office or parcel locker. You decide how you want to present the nearest service points in your checkout – in a list or as a map. PostNord Parcel

  • Send parcels up to 35 kg directly to your business customer’s address.

  • Nine out of ten parcels to business recipients are delivered before 13:00.

Handover or collection of parcels

PostNord Parcel consignments can be handed over at a post office or a Business Drop-off or via an agreement for regular collection or ad hoc pickup.

 

Compensation

We offer compensation up to DKK 4,800 no matter the country of destination.

If your parcel contains cash, gold, silver, watches, jewelry, or other valuable items worth more than DKK 4,800, it must be sent using the Insured Items service. 

For other consignments that have a high value, but where there is no requirement to send it with the Insured Items service, you can purchase transportation insurance of up to DKK 100,000.

Customs cleareance

Your parcels to destinations outside the EU customs union need customs clearance. This includes the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Norway and the United Kingdom. There are different types of customs documentation that must be completed depending on the consignment. Read more about the details redarding customs when you export.
