Magazine Mail is the clear choice when:

  • You’re sending at least 30,000 consignments of printed material per year, in at least four issues.
  • You’re sending at least 1,500 items per issue.
  • Your publications weigh at least 2 kg and measure a minimum of 14 × 9 cm and a maximum of 33 × 23 × 2 cm.
  • The publications have a uniform printed content and are sent in either a plastic wrapper or without packaging.
  • The title of the publication is clearly visible on the front.

When you purchase Sorted Magazine Mail, you need to submit a distribution schedule that shows all your scheduled deliveries during the agreement period.

You will have the opportunity to change your delivery schedule during the year; you just need to give us at least 10 days notice before the scheduled distribution.

Upon delivery, you must hand in a completed Consignment Note for Magazine Mail – B69.
