The size of the item that you are going to send determines the item type that you choose. We always have a solution to match your needs. Here we present a brief overview of the options available to you.
Items weighing up to 20 kg to anywhere in the world
Do you have a customer in Mexico who has ordered items from your online store? No problem. In fact, you can send letters and parcels weighing up to 20 kg to private individuals anywhere in the world. In the Nordic region, this is done via our network, and outside of the borders of Scandinavia, we cooperate with skilled and reliable partners.
Easy solutions even for very large items
If your items are bulky or heavy (or both), we will still be happy to ship them for you. Larger items weighing up to 1,000 kg can be sent on pallets – including to private individuals. Choose pallets if we are going to transport and deliver very large items for you.
Track & Trace follows items all the way
Track & Trace ensures that both you and your customer can track the parcel anywhere in the world. You can retrieve the necessary status reports and use them on your own website. Pakkeboksen – an easy solution 24 hours a day
Your customers can now register with Pakkeboksen through your website. With our banner on your website, you can link your customers directly to Døgnposten.
