Return parcels can be dropped off at Denmark’s largest network of post offices and parcel lockers.
Your customers will receive a receipt upon drop off, and the parcel can be followed the whole way.

PostNord Return Drop-off consignments can be returned a post office or one of PostNord’s red parcel lockers in Denmark. Your customers in the Nordic region and a number of European countries can also return their goods to you with PostNord Drop off.

QR codes

Make it easy for your customer to return

A QR code saves you from all unnecessary labels. You create a QR code that you or we send to your customers via text message/email. The QR code will also be available in the PostNord app. Your customer then chooses a post office where they print the parcel label and return the parcel. In this way, only the labels that are actually needed will be printed.

The service can also be used for customers returning goods from Sweden and Norway.
