Make returns easy for your customers
With PostNord Return, your customers can easily return goods using a prepaid return label.
The return parcel can be handed in at PostNord’s network of parcel shops and parcel lockers.
When dropping off a parcel at a parcel shop, the customer receives a receipt.
When using a parcel locker, the customer reserves a compartment in the PostNord app and deposits the parcel within 30 minutes of the reservation.
Both you and your customers can easily track the return shipment in the PostNord app and the Customer Portal.
Label-less returns across the Nordics
With PostNord Return, you can make returns even easier for your customers by using PostNord’s digital return solution across the Nordic countries – with no need to print a return label.
In Denmark and Sweden, customers receive a QR code to present at the parcel shop. In Finland and Norway, customers instead receive a barcode or a numeric code.

With PostNord Return Pickup Request, your business customers can have return parcels collected directly from their company address.
- Create the EDI shipment before 6:00 PM, and we will collect the parcel on the next business day.
- We print and bring the return label at the time of collection.
- The customer receives a receipt for the collection.
- The return parcel can be tracked all the way back to you.

Minimum and maximum weight and dimensions
Minimum and maximum weight and dimensions
Regardless of the destination country, your return parcel must measure at least 1.5 x 15 x 10 cm and weigh a minimum of 150 grams.
Maximum weight and dimensions for your parcels
If a return parcel to Denmark exceeds the maximum permitted weight and dimensions for return parcels to and from the destination country, the shipment will be returned to the sender, generally within one week, and a fee will be charged.
