Return Drop off

  • Return parcels can be dropped off at Denmark’s strongest network of Parcel Shops and Parcel Lockers.
  • our customers receive a receipt for the drop-off, and the parcel can be tracked all the way.

PostNord Return Drop Off can be dropped off at all parcel shops and via the red PostNord parcel lockers in Denmark. Your customers can also use our “Nærbokse” (Near Boxes) for returns. They book a locker in the Nærboks via the PostNord app and then place the return parcel in the reserved locker.  Your customers in the Nordics and several countries in Europe can also return goods to you using PostNord Drop Off.


Digital return

Optimize your customers' return experience by using our digital return solutions - with consideration for the environment. Your customers receive a QR code, which they show a PostNord Parcel Shop to have the return label printed. Digital return is possible in Denmark and from Norway and Sweden.

You can create your digital return solution with us in different ways:

  1. In the Customer Portal based on your outgoing packages
  2. Via PostNord's return portal
  3. Directly towards our API in the Developer Portal
  4. Via your shipping system and other third parties who can implement digital returns

  • Your customers have the option to have the return parcel picked up at home.
  • Your customers can choose the pickup day themselves.
  • Your customers receive a receipt for the pickup, and the parcel can be tracked all the way.
