Make returns easy for your customers

  •           With PostNord Return, your customers can easily return items using a prepaid return label.
  • To make the return process more environmentally friendly, your customers in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway can use QR codes instead of printed labels, and in Finland, we also offer a labelless return solution.
  • Return parcels can be dropped off at Denmark’s strongest network of parcel shops and parcel lockers.
  • Your customers receive a receipt when handing in their parcel at the shop, and the parcel can be tracked all the way back to you.

PostNord Return parcels can be handed in at any parcel shop in the Nordics. Additionally, your customers can use our parcel lockers for returns. They simply reserve a locker via the PostNord app and place the return parcel in the reserved compartment.

Customers in several other European countries can also return items to you via PostNord Return. 

Digital and Labelless Returns

Optimise your customers’ return experience with our digital return solution – a smart and environmentally friendly way to handle returns.

Your customers receive a QR code in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, which they show at the parcel shop to have the return label printed.
In Finland, your customer receives a barcode and a numeric code, which they write on the parcel along with their name.

You can set up your digital return solution in several ways:

• In the Customer Portal – based on your outgoing parcels or by booking directly in PostNord Send
• Via PostNord’s return portal
• Directly via our API in the Developer Portal
• Through your shipping system or other third-party solutions that support digital and labelless returns.

  • Your customers have the option to have the return parcel picked up at home.
  • Your customers can choose the pickup day themselves.
  • Your customers receive a receipt for the pickup, and the parcel can be tracked all the way.

  • Your business customers have the return parcel picked up at the business address.
  • We will pick up the parcel the next business day if you create the EDI before 18:00.
  • We print and bring the return label when we pick up the parcel.
  • Your business customers receive a receipt for the pickup, and the parcel can be tracked all the way back to you.
