The customer manual is your handbook for magazine mail

Read the sorting instructions
There are differences in how to sort magazine mail. It depends on which magazine mail product you use. We therefore recommend that you read the sorting instructions thoroughly. You are of course also always welcome to contact us if you have any questions. More information is available in the Sorting Instructions (pdf).
See the submission deadlines in the calendar
Magazine mail is always distributed within five distribution days of being submitted. More information is available here:
Have you sent us a submission schedule?
You have to send us a schedule for the planned submissions of sorted magazine mail. We need to have the submission schedule when we enter into an agreement. Every year, you send us a new schedule for the upcoming year’s submissions.
Here you can see what information we need: Example of submission schedule for magazine mail (xlsx)
You can easily change your submission schedule during the year. Just let us know at least 10 days before the submission you wish to change.
Magazine mail can be submitted here
We have two submission points (Zealand and Jutland). You choose where you want to submit your magazine mailings; we just have to agree on it in advance. Remember that magazine mailings have to be sorted; please see the Sorting Instructions (pdf).
