Business Drop-Off

You can use Business Drop-Off if you need to send large batches of letters and parcels or if the parcels weigh more than 20 kg. Please note that the parcels must have parcel labels, and the letters must be franked. If you have an agreement with us for the franking service, we can do this for you instead.

It is simple: Drive directly to the entrance and hand over your letters and parcels to our Business Drop-Off employee.

You can use Business Drop-Off for your regular shipments. There are just a few exceptions, which you can read more about below.

Business Drop-Off is staffed Monday-Friday. Find your nearest Business Drop-Off point and its opening hours here.

Weekend Business Drop-Off

If you want to offer your customers parcel delivery 7 days a week, you can hand in your MyPack Collect parcels at selected Business Drop-Off points.

You can hand in parcels on Saturdays and Sundays here:

• 4600 Køge, Sundays between 14:00-19:00
• 7000 Fredericia, Sundays between 14:30-20:00
• 9000 Aalborg, Saturdays between 10:00-13:00

Parcels over 20 kg

On 1 June 2021, it will no longer be possible for customers to hand in parcels over 20 kg. at a service point.
If your package weighs more than 20 kg, it must be submitted to one of our business submissions. Here you will find your nearest Business Drop-Off points incl. opening hours.

Please note that there are special conditions for certain types of letters

Some of our letter types can normally only be dropped off at a letter terminal in Fredericia or Taastrup. However, you can also drop off such consignments at selected major Business Drop-Off points, for a fee. See the overview at the end of the page.
