The customer can choose to have the parcel delivered even if there is nobody home to receive it.
The customer receives a notification stating the delivery date, via SMS or an email with a link to PostNord’s internet service, when the parcel is on its way. Then, with FlexChange they can choose whether the parcel should be left at a designated place at home or with a neighbor, even if nobody is at home at the time of delivery. Once the selection has been made, the customer receives confirmation of the chosen delivery method.

FlexChange – delivery even if you are not home
Is the customer not home? The customer can choose to have the parcel delivered even if there is nobody home to receive it. The parcel is in such cases placed somewhere defined by the customer, or delivered to a neighbor. For example, behind the house, on the veranda or in the car port. There are some exceptions, depending on the customer’s choice and content of the consignment.
You can use MyPack Collect to send parcels to their customers, with delivery to collection points in the Nordic region and Europe.
Shopping online should be easy all the way through the process – from the moment the customer presses the buy button until the parcel is delivered. Letting customers choose how the parcel is to be delivered makes the purchase experience much better.
