Quickbreve is our quickest letter service. Quickbreve letters can be sent within Denmark and arrive on the first working day after being posted.

Quickbreve can weigh up to 2 kg. If you need to send heavier consignments, you can use one of our parcel products instead.
If it is not urgent, you can instead send the letter as Letters Business. These arrive within five working days of being posted. They are also cheaper.
Posting
Quickbreve should be handed over for sending at a post office. If you have a large number of letters to send, you can hand them over at a business mail center or a letter terminal.
If you plan to ship more than 10,000 Quickbreve in one shipment, you must give us advanced notification no later than five working days before handover.

Labeling
Postage is paid for Quickbreve using stamps, which can be bought from post offices, or postage codes, which can be purchased using our app or via online porto. You thus always have the right postage at your fingertips. You can, among other things, buy multiple codes at the same time, and you can upload your logo when you print labels.
You can also frank Quickbreve using a franking machine. The advantage with this is that the postage price you pay is lower.
If you want to send a lot of Quickbreve letters at the same time (250 or more), you can frank them with PP stamps. This is the cheapest way to frank letters if you want to send a lot of them. You can use either PostNord’s PP franking stamp or design your own PP franking stamp, to make your letters more individual.
Price
It costs from DKK 27 incl. VAT to send Quickbreve with postage stamps or postage codes. If you frank the letters using a franking machine, it costs from DKK 26.50 incl. VAT. Quickbreve with PP franking costs from DKK 19.25 incl. VAT.
Delivery quality
Letter quality is the proportion of letters delivered to the right recipient at the right time. With more than 95% correct, our current letter quality for Quick Letters is among the highest in the world. PostNord’s goal is that letter quality is always at least 95%.
Please note, that there is no tracking on ordinary letters and Quickletters. If you need this kind of service, you must choose either Registered Letter or Parcel.
