Postage and labeling

If you want to send 250 letters or more, you can use PP franking, which is our cheapest franking solution.

The letter must be labeled Prioritaire. You can write this by hand or use a label that can be obtained free of charge at the post office.

Marking and Customs
Marking of letters to abroad
Letters to abroad, Faroe Islands and Greenland must be marked with "Priority" on the front page. You can either write it directly on the letter or attach the label "Priority". You can get labels for free at the post office.
Customs information
If your letters contain anything other than correspondence, and you send to a country outside of the EU, the content and its value must be specified to ensure prompt customs clearance. If the content is below 300 SDR, please describe the contents on a "Green Customs Label", CN23. If the value of the content exceeds 300 SDR, use Customs declaration CN 23 (Form No. K 77). Both customs label and customs clearance can be obtained free of charge at selected post offices.

Letters abroad Business reach the recipient within 2-4 working days in the Nordic countries, 2-5 working days in Europe and 5-10 working days in the rest of the world.
The postage payable depends on the destination and the choice of product.
They can be handed in at a post office or a business mail center, or posted in a mailbox. Places at which letters can be posted are shown under Find us. We can also pick up the letters from you, subject to agreement.

Companies can – in addition to stamps, Mobilporto and Online Brevporto – also frank letters using a franking machine, if they often send a lot of letters. More information about franking machines.
