When you receive shipments from abroad that are delivered by us, and where payment of VAT and customs is applicable, you will get a notification from us about the payment.

3 easy ways to pay in the app
Pay or reject directly from the tracking overview, if the sender has given us your information.
You can add your shipment number in the app, and the invoice will appear in 'Track'.
Or enter invoice number and PIN code from letter/e-mail/SMS under 'Profile'.
