Your options when sending parcels

Here you can find our parcel products that you can buy via Online Porto, our PostNord app or at your local post office.

Buy postage

Service Point

– The recipient collects the parcel from a service point.

Delivery to the Parcel Shop closest to the recipient’s address. The parcel is trackable, so you can follow it all the way until it is collected. The recipient is notified via SMS, email and/or the PostNord app when the parcel is ready for pickup. Maximum weight: 20 kg.

Home or Business

– The recipient will have the parcel delivered directly to their address.

Delivery to the door at the address you choose. If you are sending to a business address, please select Business. The parcel is trackable, so you can follow it all the way to delivery. The recipient is notified via SMS, email or the PostNord app once the parcel has been delivered. Maximum weight: 20 kg.

Postpakke Abroad

– The recipient collects the parcel from one of our service points.

Delivery to recipients worldwide. The parcel is trackable, so you can follow it all the way to the recipient. It can weigh up to 20 kg.

Insured Items

– Valuable shipments to Denmark or abroad that you want to have insured.

Delivery of Insured Items up the value of DKK 100,000, insured to the value you want. The parcel is trackable with the receipt, so you can follow it all the way to the recipient. The parcel can weigh up to 20 kg.
