Here you can find our parcel products that you can buy via Online Porto, our PostNord app or at your local post office.
Postpakke Collect
– The recipient collects the parcel from one of our many service points.
Delivery to your chosen service point or to the one nearest to the recipient’s address. The parcel is trackable, so you can follow it until it is picked up. The recipient will be notified via text message, email or the PostNord app when the parcel is ready for pick-up. It can weigh up to 20 kg.

Postpakke Home
– The recipient will have the parcel delivered directly to their address.
Delivery to the address of your choice. The parcel is trackable, so you can follow it until it is delivered. The recipient will be notified via text message, email or the PostNord app when the parcel is delivered. It can weigh up to 35kg.

Postpakke Abroad
– The recipient collects the parcel from one of our service points.
Delivery to recipients worldwide. The parcel is trackable, so you can follow it all the way to the recipient. It can weigh up to 20 kg.

Insured Items
– Valuable shipments to Denmark or abroad that you want to have insured.
Delivery of Insured Items up the value of DKK 100,000, insured to the value you want. The parcel is trackable with the receipt, so you can follow it all the way to the recipient. The parcel can weigh up to 20 kg.
