Recipient Flex
Have your parcels delivered at your address - even when you're not at home.
With Recipient Flex, you don't have to be home to have your parcels delivered. You simply make an agreement with us to deliver the parcel to an agreed location at your address. It's as easy as that. Watch this video to find out how to sign up for Recipient flex: How to sign up for Recipient Flex.
- All households can get Recipient Flex (except holiday homes).
- You will be notified when we have placed the parcel at the agreed location.
- The PostNord App shows you a picture of the parcel at the location (as soon as you are MitID-validated).
- When delivering Recipient Flex, we don't ring the doorbell, but deliver the parcel either to your mailbox, if the parcel fits, or the agreed-upon location.
- Not all parcels can be delivered with Recipient Flex. Some parcels must be delivered to you personally.
If you live in a locked building, be aware that the courier may not have a key to the entrance.
If we do not have access to the building, we will ring the doorbell. If you are not home, you can pick up the parcel at a PostNord Parcel Shop the next day.
Once the parcel is placed at the agreed location, our liability ceases and you are responsible for the parcel. When you sign up for Recipient Flex, everyone in your household is automatically enrolled.
FlexChange
Give us a one-time authorisation to place a specific parcel if you are not home.
If you don't want us to place your parcel every time, and don't want to be a regular subscriber to Recipient flex, you can use FlexChange. With FlexChange, you can give us a one-off authorisation to place a specific parcel if you are not at home to receive it.
Collect your parcel
Collect your parcel in our Parcel Shops or our Parcel Lockers.
Collect in parcel shop

When your parcel is ready for pickup in the parcel shop, you will receive a notification in the PostNord App, via SMS or email. If we cannot notify you digitally, we will leave a note in your mailbox.
When you pick up your parcel, you need to show ID, and in some cases, you may also need to sign for it.
If you use the PostNord App and have validated yourself with MitID in the app, you can simply show the QR code when picking up your parcel. This makes the pickup process quicker and easier for you.
You can also let someone else pick up your parcel in the Parcel Shop by giving a power of attorney.
Collect in parcel locker
You will be notified via text message, email, in the PostNord App or a notification card when your parcel is ready for collection. After that, you have seven days to collect it.

Download and open the PostNord App on your phone. With Bluetooth activated and with a single click, the parcel locker door will open when you are close to the parcel locker.
