Waiting for a heavy parcel or tyres?

Parcels over 20 kg

Are you expecting a parcel weighing more than 20 kg? We will deliver it either to the location agreed in your Recipient Flex agreement (Modtagerflex) or outside your front door.

If we are unable to deliver the parcel to your address, for example because you live in a locked apartment building, we will send it to the nearest distribution centre for collection. We will inform you how to collect your parcel.

You will usually receive this notification in your mailbox, but in some cases it may be sent by letter.

For health and safety reasons, parcels weighing more than 20 kg cannot be collected from a PostNord Parcel Shop.

Parcels containing tyres

Parcels containing tyres are delivered in the same way as parcels weighing more than 20 kg. We will deliver them either to the location agreed in your Recipient Flex agreement (Modtagerflex) or outside your front door.

If we are unable to deliver the tyre to your address, it will be sent to the nearest distribution centre for collection. We will inform you how to collect it.

For health and safety reasons, parcels containing tyres cannot be collected from a Parcel Shop.
