Unattended deliveryThe Modtagerflex unattended delivery service offers you flexibility because nobody needs to be ‘in’ when we deliver your parcels.
Modtagerflex gives you the flexibility of not having to be at home when we deliver your parcels. We deliver the parcels wherever it suits you.
Save a trip to the post office and instead agree with us where you want us to leave your parcels, even when you’re not at the address. We call this Modtagerflex. Modtagerflex is for all customers.
Modtagerflex is an agreement between your company and us on the delivery of parcels and large letters to an agreed location at your address.
The consignment will be delivered to the location that you have agreed in advance with us. You will be notified when we have delivered a consignment. We will place the consignment in your mailbox if possible, of course.
Even if you are signed up to Modtagerflex, there are certain consignments that cannot be delivered using the service:
- MyPack Collect (you or the sender have chosen that the parcel should be sent directly to a post office or parcel locker).
- Consignments that require a signature, such as Registered Letters and Insured Items.
You can register your company by filling in this form.
How we deliver
Once you have registered for Modtagerflex (please note it takes 7 days before the registration takes effect), consignments will be delivered to the agreed location.
Once the consignment has been delivered, a notification will be sent via text message and/or email to the phone number/email address provided by the sender. If the sender has not specified an email address or phone number, we’ll leave a note in the mailbox.
If the consignment is small enough for the mailbox, it will be delivered there.
When you register, choose a location to be the permanent delivery point. It is your responsibility to ensure that the chosen location is suitable.
If the delivery cannot be made to the agreed location, e.g. due to a closed stairwell, your consignment will be taken to a post office or parcel locker for pickup. You will then be notified of when and where to pick up your consignment.
Once the parcel has been delivered to the agreed location, responsibility for the parcel passes to your company. PostNord are therefore not liable if the parcel is lost or damaged after delivery with Modtagerflex.
Registration applies to all parcels to the address.

Is the company moving?
If the company changes address, remember to unsubscribe from the Modtagerflex scheme.
The sticker on the mailbox must also be removed.
If you want Modtagerflex at the new address, you need to register the company again.
