Requirements regarding Dangerous contents in limited quantities (LQ)
From the turn of the year, it will be a requirement to state the UN number and weight of the contents of the parcel in EDI when sending dangerous contents in limited quantities (LQ).
Addition of service name for VOEC parcels
From January 1, 2024, it is a requirement to add the VOEC (V1) service name in EDI when sending VOEC parcels (MyPack Home and Collect single package) to Norway. If you use the service name, we ensure that you don’t have to pay customs clearance fees for the consignment. Read more about the VOEC scheme here (link to fact sheet)
PostNord Untracked to be discontinued
As of January 1, PostNord Untracked will be discontinued. We recommend that customers who currently use the product instead use PostNord Tracked in the future.
