PostNord Parcel consignments can be handed over at a post office or a Business Drop-off or via an agreement for regular collection or ad hoc pickup.
We offer compensation up to DKK 4,800 no matter the country of destination.
If your parcel contains cash, gold, silver, watches, jewelry, or other valuable items worth more than DKK 4,800, it must be sent using the Insured Items service.

For other consignments that have a high value, but where there is no requirement to send it with the Insured Items service, you can purchase transportation insurance of up to DKK 100,000. Read more about your options here.
Your parcels to destinations outside the EU customs union need customs clearance. This includes the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Norway and the United Kingdom. There are different types of customs documentation that must be completed depending on the consignment.
