Your collection options

Ad hoc Pickup – when you don’t have a regular pickup agreement

Have up to 4 parcels collected from your address per day.
When you book your parcels, simply select the Ad hoc Pickup service for the parcels you want collected.
The pickup will take place during the day, provided your parcels are booked no later than 22:00 the day before.

Pickup as part of a parcel agreement or subscription plan

Sending more than 1,000 parcels per year
If you send more than 1,000 parcels annually with PostNord, we can include pickup as part of your parcel agreement. We offer either: Daily pickup (between 8:00 and 16:00). Afternoon time slot (between 14:00 and 18:00), depending on your annual volume.

Sending fewer parcels
We offer a subscription plan where we pick up your parcels on all weekdays or on fixed days of the week. With the subscription, we can collect up to 4 pallet spaces. Need more than 4 pallet spaces? We also provide solutions for larger requirements.

Extra collection or collection without an agreement for regular collection

If you have a standing agreement for collection, you can book an additional collection for free until the weekday before 16:00 (up to 4 pallet spaces).

With collection as part of your parcel agreement, you vill be informed of the prices per parcel before entering the agreement.

With the special transport agreement, (fixed agreement/ordering of an extra collection when more than 4 pallet spaces) a price is calculated for you either as a part of the parcel price or as a fixed monthly payment. You will be informed of the price before entering the agreement.
