Help your customers with their returns
Make it easy and free for your customers to return a reply or goods with Postage Paid by Recipient, also called Unfranked Reply Shipments/Ufrankerede Svarforsendelser (USF).
You only pay for the consignments that are returned to you, plus a monthly subscription.
Your customers drop off the consignment in the mailbox or at the post office and it will be returned to you within two workdays once it has arrived in Denmark.
There are two varieties:
This option is in Danish, works in Denmark and applies to all weight steps for letters.
This option allows you to receive return consignments up to 50 g from your customers worldwide (excluding Taiwan), including Denmark.
The return consignments can weigh up to 2 kg if they are returned from: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, the Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Please note that we must approve the design of your envelope, coupon and reply card before they are printed to ensure that they can be used. - Enter into a Postage Paid by Recipient Agreement here. In addition to a fixed monthly subscription, you only pay for the consignments that are returned to you.
