The TIQ process is overall intended to increase our competitiveness through performance improvements obtained by enhancing productivity, reducing sick absence and staff turnover as well as by working for an improved image.
An important tool in the TIQ process is self-assessment, which includes a comprehensive and systematic review performed at regular intervals of activities and achieved results at all levels within the company.
Benchmarking also supports our pursuit of Excellence. Therefore, we have developed a coherent concept for both internal and external benchmarking.
